President, CEO & Director
Jason Attew is a mining industry veteran who has dedicated over 25 years to the mining sector. He most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Goldcorp where, in addition to leading the finance and investor relations operations, he was responsible for Goldcorp's corporate development and strategy culminating in the US$32 billion merger with Newmont. Mr. Attew has extensive capital markets experience from his time in investment banking with the BMO Global Metals and Mining Group where he was at the forefront of structuring and raising significant growth capital as well as advising on both formative and transformational mergers and acquisitions for corporations that have become industry leaders over the past two decades. He also is on the board of directors of Evolution Mining and the Food Stash Foundation, a Vancouver-based non-profit whose mission is to create food & nutritional security for local residents. Mr. Attew holds a Master of Business Administration, Queen's University and a Bachelor of Science (Honours), University of British Columbia.
Chief Operating Officer
Larry Radford brings over 35 years of experience in the mining industry, having held senior operational roles at Hecla Mining, Kinross Gold, and Barrick Gold. He most recently held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Hecla, overseeing five precious metal mine operations in North America. Previously, he held operational and technical services roles at Kinross, including managing the construction of the Fort Knox heap leach operation in Alaska. Mr. Radford was a member of Barrick’s original team at the Goldstrike mine in Nevada, one of the largest gold operations in the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Mining Engineering, from the University of Idaho and an MBA from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
Chief Financial Officer
Jordan Neeser brings over 15 years of experience and has held senior financial roles at Conifex Timber, the Jim Pattison Group, and First Quantum Minerals. He has experience in financial reporting, corporate finance, and corporate development from his roles as group controller at First Quantum during a period of significant growth, managing capital markets investments at the Jim Pattison Group, and recently as Chief Financial Officer at Conifex. Mr. Neeser started his career with KPMG, is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, from the University of British Columbia.
VP Corporate Development & Investor Relations
Michael McDonald brings over 15 years of experience in capital markets and business development roles at SSR Mining, Goldcorp, and CIBC. At SSR Mining, Mr. McDonald most recently oversaw the investor relations program during its merger with Alacer Gold, and previously was a member of the business development team during its growth into an intermediate precious metals producer. At Goldcorp, he headed the metals marketing function overseeing the sale of all the company’s product. Mr. McDonald started his career in investment banking and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours), Finance, from the University of British Columbia.
