Gold Standard Ventures is a newly listed precious metals exploration company on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V: GV) as well as the OTCQX (GDVXF) in the USA. The company is focused on district scale gold discoveries within Nevada. Gold Standard’s flagship project, the 100% owned Railroad Gold project, covers approximately 16,000 acres within the prolific Carlin Trend, adjacent to Newmont’s Rain and Emigrant mines, 29 miles west of Elko.
The company also has several other highly prospective gold and silver projects within Nevada including the near-by Crescent Valley North epithermal vein targets, the Safford Claims (Silver), the Camp Douglas Project on the Walker Lane Trend and the RC and IC claims directly south of Railroad.
Gold Standard Ventures is led by an experienced management and technical team that is applying proven, model driven, gold exploration that has resulted in significant gold discoveries within the Carlin and other prospective trends throughout Nevada.
